Just returned from Cabo. We were not picked up at the airport as promised.

Trying to communicate beforehand with the concierge was a nightmare. While there the rep for update was horrendous and we asked for another. Lies, lies, lies. My recent contact with customer service and accounting was terrible and I dealt with Hugo Armendariz, who not only was rude but lied to me from the start.

I finally had to cut the conversation short. East Cape is misrepresented and Cirque du Soleil we found out is not happening. The change from Grand Mayan to Vidanta for the hotel is also suspicious. These people simply put do not care for their clients and do not serve them well.

When I am on vacation, that's exactly what I want a VACATION.

I do not want to be bothered, disturbed, lied to, wait for action or constantly pestered to attend an up-date. I pay a great deal of money per month for this membership and I expect more!

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

How was East Cape misrepresented? You didn't provide any examples.Why do you say Cirque du Soleil is not happening?

The Cirque du Soleil hotels in Nuevo Vallarta are under construction, as is the theme park. I am told the first section of the theme park will open in 2019.
